Living In Character Workshop
Are you looking to cultivate depth from your characters? You've practiced posture, movement, and voice but you still want more? Learn to slow down to connect to your character's point of view. Stay grounded in your want, and open up heartfelt possibilities of play on stage.
Taught by Amanda Capezzuto. Amanda Capezzuto began her improv journey in 2017 after moving to Denver. Since then, she has focused mainly on performing narrative longform shows such as Heirs of Hogwarts and Marvelous Method. She has taught as well as directed her own longform narrative show, Once Upon A Genre. In 2019, she won season 10 of Denver's Next Improv Star held at the Bovine Metropolis Theatre. In her free time, she performs as one half of the duo known as Todd and Preston, Preston and Todd.

Whimsicult Improv Team Auditions
Local Improv team, Whimsicult is holding auditions on Saturday February 8th from 4:00-5:00pm at the Peak Improv Theater. They are looking to potentially add some new members to their talented roster of players. Whimsicult rehearses on Wednesday evenings, and performs at the Peak Improv Theater on the third Saturday of every month. They perform short form and long form improv and are generally super cool and nice. No sign up required to audition. Please just arrive by 4:00PM.

Sketch Writing Workshop
Practice writing, editing, and performing short comedic sketches in this one-time Sketch-Writing Workshop taught by Ethan Goldman. With quarterly sketch shows including Sketchapalooza, and Breakneck Sketch performed at the Peak Improv Theater, there have never been more opportunities to get your funny ideas from page to stage! We will focus on individual writing and collaborative sketch writing in this 2-hour workshop.

A free and open meeting for all community members, where we will go over our new code of conduct & harassment policy. Any additional business may be raised at this open forum. Free popcorn! Clowning Workshop
