Weekday Rentals
Rent our 2200 Sq. Ft. venue for meetings, presentations, classes, rehearsals, and gatherings. Available from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday for only $50 per hour.
Rental includes 80 seats, 8 tables (6 round, 2 rectangle), 2 handicap accessible restrooms, sound system with 2 wireless mics, 120in projector screen, additional lounge seating in the green room and lobby, a small kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and our 8’ x 16’ wheelchair accessible stage.
If you’d like to set up a recurring daily, weekly, or monthly space use, we can negotiate lower hourly rates for those looking to use the space for more than 10 hours per month.

WEEKEND/EVENING RENTALS
Rent our 80-seat venue for a performance, recital, or ticketed event. Available 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM *Thursdays-Sundays for only $150 per 90-minute slot, plus 30% of gross ticket revenue.
Rental includes 2 staff members (front of house, and a tech booth operator), ticket hosting, use of the green room and auditorium, stage lights, sound system with 2 wireless mics, 120in projector screen, our 8’ x16’ wheelchair accessible stage, and additional display space in the lobby for merch and signage.
For monthly recurring bookings, we will provide complimentary performance support in the form of an opening act when available. A complimentary 90 minute “setup time” prior to the start time listed as for your event rental will be provided when available. For public events, we recommend a doors open time of 15-30 minutes prior to an event's start time. A 30 minute grace period for “break down time” after your event has ended will be provided when available. If a rental exceeds this grace period, renters will be subject to pay an additional overtime fee of up to $100.
A 90-minute evening rental, also includes your event being listed on our website, added to our event calendars, and marketed to our email list of over 2000 local patrons. Recurring bookings may also receive promotion across our various social media platforms.
