Summer Comedy Camp

Sign up your child ages 9-16 for our one-day summer comedy camp!

At our comedy camp students will rotate through three different classes where they will learn improv, acting, and musical theater. The day of classes will finish with a filmed performance (2:15-3:00pm) featuring the material learned. Family is welcome to attend. Doors will open for the performance at 2:20pm. After the performance we will take campers to nearby Village Green Park for some snacks and outdoor playtime. Students are expected to bring their own lunch, a water bottle, and any additional support materials they may need (sunscreen, medication, headphones etc.).

Early Bird drop-off is available between 7:30am and 8:30am. After-care is available from 4:00pm-5:00pm. Early-bird drop off, and after-care costs $10 per student per hour. Please have cash or card ready for this payment if you did not already pre-pay for early bird care.


Normal drop-off will be from 8:30am-9:00am at the Peak Improv Theater located at 3440 N. Carefree Cir (Suite 140-150) Colorado Springs, CO 80917. Please confirm who will be picking up your student(s) if different than the drop-off guardian.
Normal pick up will be from 3:30-4:00pm at Village Green Park located at 3590 N Carefree Cir, Colorado Springs, CO 80917.

Early Bird Drop Off - 7:30-8:30am

Normal Drop Off - 8:30-9am

Warm Ups - 9:00-9:30am

Improv Class - 9:30-10:45am

Acting Class - 10:45am-12:00pm

Lunch - 12:00-1:00pm

Musical Theater Class - 1:00-2:15pm

Performance - 2:15-3:00pm

Walk to Park - 3:00-3:15pm

Park Time - 3:15-4:00pm

Normal Pick Up - 3:30-4:00pm

Aftercare Pick Up - 4:00-5:00pm


Campers may be dropped off as late as 1:00pm, however we do not prorate for missing a portion of the camp day.

Camp registration closes on July 4th.

Once your campers registration is submitted you will receive a confirmation email with a payment portal if you chose to pay with a debit/credit card by July 7th. All credit/debit card payments will be subject to a 5% admin fee. If you registered and have not received a payment portal by July 7th, please email us at info@peakimprov.com.

If you elected to pay by cash or check, you may drop off, or mail your payments in a marked, sealed envelope adressed to Peak Improv Theater. Please include your name and camper(s) name with your payment.

You may drop your envelope through the door slot if the Theater is closed. Otherwise please hand your payment to an available staff member.

Cancellation policy

In the event that you need to cancel your childs’ registration for camp, please let us know as soon as possible. Payments received prior to July 7th will be eligible to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after July 8th are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

In the event that we do not meet our minimum number of camper registrants to hold camp, we will notify you of the cancellation of our comedy camp. You will receive an email notification by July 7th with information regarding the status of camp. If our camp is cancelled, any cash or check payments already made will be issued a 100% refund.
