Active Listening
Active listening helps us better understand one another. Receiving information contextually, and internalizing it is the first step to creating a more compassionate, respectful, and supportive system of communication within a team.
Team Building
Learning to build trust is the key to any successful team. We use various group challenges to help teams trust one another. As individuals, we have limitations, but as groups working together our possibilities become greater than the sum of their parts.

Our educators have over 30 years of combined experience leading corporate training workshops that can help your team more effectively work together and communicate.
Our improv philosophy stems from the work of educator and social work pioneer Viola Spolin. Her work with under-privileged and special needs students in Chicago led to the development of many of the exercises, games, and teaching techniques we use in our trainings.
Research illustrates that learning to improvise has a direct impact on positive productivity, and synergy in professional environments. Not only is an improv workshop useful for any business where human beings are involved, but it is a fun and interactive bonding activity.
Base
A two-hour improv workshop that covers basic team-building, listening, and communication skills.
Elevated
A two-session, 5-6 hour workshop, offered over one or two days. The first session is our base improv workshop, and the second provides advanced tools for problem solving, confidence, and adaptability.
Peak
Our Elevated package, plus a 30-minute comedic performance where educators demonstrate skills and invite your team to join the fun on stage!
Classroom space is available locally in Colorado Springs for groups up to 50 participants.
We offer custom workshops for teams as small as 5, and as large as 300.

The Stick Horses
The Stick Horses are our award-winning family friendly improvisational comedy troupe. With a dash of audience participation and a splash of zaniness, the Horses entertain audiences of all ages.
The team has been delighting audiences along Colorado's Front Range (and beyond) since 2004, attracting a strong local fan base. Need a space for your event? Use the Peak Improv Theater! We have a 100+ seat venue with a stage, sound system with michrophones, projector, light array and a bar located right here in Colorado Springs at N. Carefree & Academy. With rentals starting at only $25 per hour, our space is an affordable and accessable option for any event.
